did i mount this correctly? the square pad on the browndog adapter is on the lower right and its supposed to be aligned to pin #1. i'm not sure if this is right. is the chip upside down?

thanks mod evil, i was actually hoping that i had put the opamps on the wrong way because now i'm completely uncertain why my pimeta isn't working correctly.

I'm about to embark on my own Pimeta adventure. I've never worked with browndogs before. Any advice on soldering them, yours look good.

try to get a clip or something to hold the chip onto the browndog adapter. and just use a small amount of solder. it's a little tricky but it's not that hard actually.
