Is there any way that I could repair my nuforce ne7m earphones.  The wire has come out of the insulation near the earphone itself and there is no sound coming through that one earphone.  I tried putting electrical tape around it in hopes of fixing it but it didn't work.  What are my options or do I just have to throw them out now?

The money you are going to spend finding a suitable IEM with a decent cable to replace the broken cable on NE7M will probably cost close to / the same as find a better sounding IEM. So logically speaking, you should just get a new IEM.
