ive never used amazon to purchase before, or is there another site i can feel confident in buying from?

that's not a bad price but it's up to you if you can trust him. one thing about buying from people like that is most likely monster will not honor the warranty if something happens.

I bought some equipment from that particular dealer and had no problems whatsoever. The order was fulfilled by Amazon (i.e. shipped by Amazon and backed by Amazon's customer service) which means you get their generous return policies as well should anything happen. I had packages lost in transit before and Amazon was able to refund my money within the same day no questions asked. I'd say go for it.

theres a great headfier offering a like new pair also but for 40 dollars more, i might just slick with the headfier and help the community.
