For as long as I can remember I have wanted a DAC to use in the car. I have a Fiio X7 1st gen and also a few Android phones always on the go. I have a line in and a USB in the car. Compatibility is a huge problem and while there are a few that may do the Job they're pretty old. I was on hifimediy and even they can't guarantee their higher end DACs will work as they have has a limited amount of testing with Androids. Some need drivers and then for me it starts to get out of control. It would be amazing to have that new Sabre 9038 but look I need to start somewhere. Anybody have any suggestions?
