Managed to snag a used pair of Astra Ultraque's last week. The bass on these are a different level! I'm loving the sound signature of them. So I've now got my Engima's for when I want details and the Astra's for when I want my teeth rattled! LOL

Astra's before Enigma were probably the best and all around iem that Bob made. All my friends that listened to them loved them.

I've been using an ifi audio zen stream/zen dac v2 stack and a Hiby R6 pro II. Using Roon and local flac files.

Thanks. Just done a quick google and on the website looks like they're doing a "built to order" on the Astra's. Limited to 99 units and £900. Bit beyond my price point unfortunately

Yeah looks like it. I just googled IMR Acoustics Astra Ultralique and it one of the first hits..

I think that's a hangover from the BC and PB1/RAH rebuilds the option was there for the Astra but not enough interest so didn't get made. They just haven't updated the website in forever.

Ah. Shame. I think I'll keep a look out for a set on the second hand market. Really enjoy IMR's implementation of electrostatic drivers.

NaLe and Enignma got delivered. But, there is no news of Zion and EH. I got my NaLe. I think Zion and EH are lost cause.
