I want to use my Jotunheim 2 or even Burson Soloist to run IEMs, but it could be too loud and noisy ootb. Will impedance adapters improve it much? DMS recommended https://ifi-audio.com/products/iematch4-4/ . Well, it's not that cheap but if it helps, it helps. What do you use?

I also need to buy an XLR-4 male to 4,4 mm female adapter to use my IEM cables. Is there a high quality brand selling those?

Yes, they work. I simply bought some of these simple adapters on AliExpress and they work flawlessly.

Yes, I've done this exact thing. 4.4mm iemmatch and one of these: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256...2iD7nib&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa&_randl_shipto=US

I would only recommend the iemmatch for this. Every other product puts the resistor in series with the earphone which changes the response of the earphone.
