Hey, I'm a reader of Head-Fi, and have bought a good number of headphones based on the recommendations of many of you here. One of those being the FXT90.
These are the best IEMs i've heard so far, but i noticed something unsettling about them. When I ran a sine wave sweep, the right iem sounds louder at 800Hz, then gradually sounds louder when moving up to 2.2Khz. Every other frequency sounds balanced between the two.
I thought it may have been my computer or my ears, but I have tried this with multiple computers, I have reversed them in my ears (so left is in my right ear, vice versa) and none of my other headphones do this.
Is this something that is normal and will go away over time, or should I try to get a replacement? I've been listening to them for at least 30 hours now.
