Yesterday I ran my DB update.. today when I plug in my iHP -- NOTHING!

iHPDetect.exe is running in my process list, i reinstalled the software and reconnected the device.. nothing.

I don't get any option in the right click menu for the drive... help!

I want to update the DB! lol

Did you try rebooting your machine? Sometimes my iHP doesn't show up in windows explorer for whatever reason, but rebooting generally fixes this problem.

Did you try the old reliable method for fixing 90% of problems with all computers and electronics (from a calculator to a $10+ million LED video screen)?

Turn it off and back on again.
