I listen to lots of Metal and Rap. So I desire IEM's that can do that very well. 
I would like them to also be very durable since my last Philips earphones only lasted for 2 months before the right one stopped working.
Any suggestions, also Under $60 please? I will not pay anymore than that.

Under 60, durable, metal/rap (so aggressive genres, not sure how you'd like them portrayed so will take a guess, but stating sound preferences will be helpful in the long run) - something like the E10 would have a pretty nice tonality for stuff like that. Can't say much without know your sound preferences/sig preferences though.
