IEM's ~$100 Bass? Check!!!

Not on the list but the SE215's have pretty good bass, they're like $97 and you may be able to grab them locally if you have a Guitar Center, that way if you don't like them you can take them back. The S4's aren't the biggest bass, but, with the Shure silicone tips it dulls the sibilance a touch and they seal very well and have a pretty boomy, clean and loud bass. Just my .02. The s4's also have very good volume, there is probably louder bass elsewhere, but pricing and over all BASS/Mid/highs considered they're not too bad.

The more articles I read the closer I'm steered towards the hippo's. Gotta check out some of the new suggestions from you guys. Thanks and keep em' coming if you have anything else to add.
Was thinking about getting these also since they are the new "thing" around here.

Does anyone that have these know how good the bass is? I know they are darn good on everything else.
