For impressions and reviews on these, check out Joker's thread:

You could check out focalprice or mp4nation.net, I think they ship internationally.

It's pretty hard to get really good headphones under $20, so your choices are relatively limited.

Get PL-30 . they are surprisingly balanced for  their price and has wide soundsatge at this price range.

Xears could be a good choice, though their low priced IEMs haven't been reviewed by anybody.  If you're willing to take a change, get the Resonance Bicolor, they should be decent (Thomas did send a pair to ljokerl I believe).  You can find them on ebay store 4satisfaction-store.

Shipping+exchange rate brings most of his IEMs over 20$ if you go to the xears.com site right now.  Exception is the XV100, which I haven't heard.  I did give a pair to my mother, though... maybe I should borrow them and see how they sound.

The PB120 are decent, but except lots and lots of bass.  Decent soundstage and build quality for the price range.  MUCH easier to wear cable down than up.  I'd expect the resonance to be better given the price structure used by Xears most of the time, but this is sheer speculation.

My friend ordered PL30, so i think i wait until he recieves it.
Mostly i think of PL21.
Or i should wait and after some time when i get money buy Brainwavz M1?
I prefer balanced sound not bass heavy.
Usualy i listen electronica.

Yeah, i think you should go for the brainwavz m1 if you want a balanced soundstage. I have a soundmagic PL21, more on bass but much better than my PL11, they're both bang for the buck IEM's..
