Grr... title should be "IEM Repair UK".

Having a bad week. Had one of my UE5pros earbuds fall apart. Both the drivers are intact but one of the wires inside came away from it's solder and it needs a super-fine re-soldering job.

And one of our kittens managed to chew through my emergency replacements - CX300s. The cable is half-cut about half way and again needs a super-fine solder & tape job.

I'm happy to send away to someone to get repaired as the UE5s are 2.5 years old (and the only help UE could offer was a 25% discount on new phones) and it seems a shame to throw the CX's away just because they got cat-nipped.

Can you advice anyone in the UK who repairs both of these?

I know your post is years old but how did you get on because I have a pair of S-Jays that need a repair in one of the ears.
