I bought a PS Audio Digital Link III from audiogon on the 16th of October from "Badgirl". I paid $550 for the DLIII and $95 on top for USPS Overnight Shipping.
I thought it would be overnight, but I e-mailed her a few days later and she said that is only inside the US, it would take a week to Europe. A few days later after that I e-mailed her again and asked for status on the order, she said she brought the package to the post office but they needed a ZIP code. I told her I am from Ireland and you don't need one for her.
After a week I looked at my audiogon and in the sale section it stated she has yet to accept the bid, even though my payment has been sent. Now I e-mailed her today after I asked her to ring USPS and she said there is a problem, which she will "correct" on Monday, Said she only put 200 (not stating which currency)on the insurance of the package so i'd have to pay smaller taxes and numbers must match???
She has great feedback (514 positive, 5 neutral) but I recognise you can alter this if you wanted to. It's been 15 days. What should I do?
