I suddenly stop whatever I'm doing and get totally caught up in the music. If I was tired or irritated, I no longer am. If I was totally wrapped up in a task, I totally forget it. I sit at my desk like a zombie, eyes wide open but unaware of things going on around me. Time passes, but I'm not aware of it. I am one with the music.
