Changing the subtitles on this clip is a running gag. You'll find lots of other versions, too. My favorite is the "Grammar Nazi" version, where there's a massive meltdown over spelling and punctuation.

Yeah, it is a clip from the German movie Der Untergang.
..a well known clip, which have made it to several hilarious clips on YouTube.
