hello, since a few days I am the owner of the dac / amp Topping Dx3 Pro. I'm not an expert but I noticed that the Dx3 Pro can hardly drive the DT 990 Pro 250 Ohm headphones because I can increase the volume of the music without having problems of hearing. Something impossible if I connect the AD700X headphones to the DX3 Pro.
If I changed the Dx3 Pro would I improve the situation? I have a budget of 400 euros.
I am curious about the AUDINST HUD-DX1 or the AUDIO-GD NFB-11.28 / R2R 11. Thanks in advance for suggestions.
P.S. I add that I purchased the Hifiman HE-400i and that I intend to buy the Modhouse Argon Mk3 soon. The DAC / AMP will be used exclusively with the Desktop PC we are therefore not interested in having a remote control, an optical connector etc.
