Is it
a) Both positives twisted together clockwise, Both negatives twisted together clockwise, then both bundles twisted counter clockwise
or
B) 1 positive + 1 Negative twisted together clockwise X2, both bundles twisted counter clockwise

niggling detail - for least R,L channel crosstalk the 2 pair's twist rate should be mis-matched - so the mutual paths linking both pair's loops don't add constructively  - although any coupling is likely inaudible for domestic room lengths
 
may give lumpier overall look but it is theoretically better electrically
