Hi, i recently just tried my Denon's on my speaker system. But how i just make it on my headphones, and not both?

If your receiver does not automatically mute speakers upon plugging in your headphones, if there is one - you can cycle the speaker a/b switch until both a & b are off. There should only be output from the headphone jack now. Cycle the switch again to whichever output your speakers are hooked up to when you need them again.
