So i want to shorten my m50 cable length, and i had two questions:
Will all three wires ground, left, and right be individually insulated when i cut the m50 wire. If so what color is what.

That plug will work fine. The amazon price seems a bit high though. Unless it already includes shipping.

The M50 cable wires are coated with enamel, and then covered with rubber. You'll need to strip the rubber and then burn/sand off the enamel. On my M50 cable, the colours are:
  tip -- left -- green
  ring -- right -- red
  sleeve -- ground -- black
 


Test your own cable with a multimeter if you want to make sure it is the same.

k same as diagram except the green was normally blue 
and yeah on amazon u can shop throught eh other dealers and get em about the same price about 4ish

oh and how risky is it to do this I have experience with soldering, but I haven't done it for about 3 years XD

Actually I referred to your question of left, right and ground in means of tip, ring, sleeve I didnt even looked at the colours

oh lol how can u tell which is tip and which is ring and 
how risky is it to do this i have soldering experience but its been 3 years XD.

Look at the PDF diagram from monoethylene's earlier post, part C. It will tell you where to solder the tip, ring, and sleeve.

It is not risky if you have soldering experience. Using a helping hands clamp makes it much easier.

Carefully use a lighter to burn off the enamel. Be ready to blow out the flame.

USUALLY it will be a solderable enamel on the wires. I wouldn't recommend doing it without a solder pot or at the very least a GOOD iron and some liquid flux. You can get MG Chemical's liquid solder in a 100mL bottle for under $10.

why can't I use normal solder like this

That solder's fine for soldering to bare metals, but when you're dealing with litz wire in which all the individual strands are insulated, for best results you want the litz wire to already be saturated with flux before you apply heat from the iron and subsequently the solder.
 
Not sure what you mean by the difference between right and left.
