More a public service announcement than a response to topic so move along if you feel this inappropriate. Not intended to be a rant as Titanium is slick.

This next statement is also true vs stainless. Aluminum is the perfect substance for DAPs. Best RF rejection, cheap, light, more conductive than given credit for and more than strong enough for the purpose. Only issue I see is antenna access but the entire screen gives that. Screen is also and by far the weak link in construction, makes using other metals moot. p.s. Titanium is 2/3rds heavier than aluminum. Means you save some weight if you make it twice as thin (which they don't) but then the added strength also gets compromised.
