How good is the USB output of the new Macbook Air M3?
The MBA is used for streaming from streaming services (Qobuz, Spotify) directly into DAC.

My 15" M3 MBA has been flawless, as was my M2 and M1 MBAs. Ditto for my M based Studios and MBPs. Others, of course, may not be so fortunate. That said my streaming is not Qobuz or Spotify. I use Apple music or my own server.
