I was given a set of Ety ER4's (yeah...it's like winning the lottery!) but am not sure what model they are, be it ER4B, ER4S or ER4P. How can I tell which model I have? The manual simply says ER4...

I did search, but to no avail. Thanks for the help...and no you can't have them!

what color is the pod in the middle of the wire (where it branches off into the left and right earphones)?

Green = ER4P
Gray = ER4S

I have no idea what the ER4B looks like.

I believe the ER-4P has a green "pod" where the 2 wire combine into one.
The ER-4S has a gray one
No idea about B

EDIT: not typing fast enough so grey you have the ER-4S

The Silver colored ones are "S"

The Green Colored junction are "P"

If it is neither it is a 4B

How did you manage to be given the ER-4S?

Employee bought them on the company card...that employee left...too late to return them...they are mine to use (still company property). They can't be happy he ordered 300 dollar headphones for no good reason. I guess he *is* gone for a reason.
