It seems that my right ear is a lot more sensitive and i would like to change the L/R balance, but cant find where to do it in iTunes, which is what i use.
How can i change the balance of my headphones?

You mean iTunes on your PC, or on your iPod?
If the former, go into the sound properties in control panel, and change the balance there.
If the latter, I believe you'll have to Rockbox it to get that functionality.

No balance control in iTunes itself.
But you can do it in "System preferences -> Sound -> Output".
