Hey ...
I'm tentatively considering upgrading from a much loved pair of Grado GS1000's to the PS1000's but simply don't want to invest until I can demo/hear a pair ...
That said ... I was wondering if any of you out there in Head-fi land might reside in Houston and if you might have a pair of PS1000's and if you might be willing to visit for a beverage and casual 1 to 2 hour listening session. I live in SW Houston, near Beltway 8 and Beechnut and would provide the listening room/equipment (my own, of course since I'd like to hear them in my system).
Let me know if this is something any of you would be interested in ... as far as return listen opps, I have available a pair of GS1000's, Beyer T1's, a Ray Sams Raptor tube amp and MHDT Labs Stockholm tube DAC ...
I'm a long time member here and have various other long time Head-fi members as local references ...
