I had mine since late November. Out of the box I could tell something is wrong on the left side. After a few hours the left channel developed a problem, sounded weak, dull and just weird. Contacted HSA and was told I can either pay another $30 and keep the defective pair or ship it back for replacement. Since I live in North America I don't even know if it's worth it... they are sitting in my drawer, what a waste. I expected a bit more in terms of customer service to be honest since they were DOA.
