Hi, I bought a fiio x5 and am very pleased with it, my question relates to iems.
 
Does anyone have experience of the hifiman re400 with the x5 and can discuss synergy, I am wondering whether to buy the re400 to use in conjunction or are they nothing like as good as the se530/535 and it would be a waste of money.
 
Also do the re400 leak sound and what is the real-world isolation like?

Sorry, there are re-400. Pricewise se535 is far more expensive than re400. I own se535 but not re400. So I guess se535 would sound much better than re400 and love its bass.

530/535 are overpriced , there were people here who thought re262 was better than the 535 and it costs like 1/3 of the 535 money

i found re400 mediocre , but you can buy way better iems for the money you would give for a 530/535
