Hi Do you know how to remove the AMP card once it is installed? I am pressing down the small clamp on the side bit is not working.

You should press card until a click to install it.
Then press to move metallic holder and a card must go up and be like 45 degrees to your dap

It should hold your amp card in horizontal position. After you shift it (?just make sure that it’s not over the amp)- it won’t hold the card anymore and it will go up and after that you can extract it

i only have a mac/iPhone so i use the phone app
