Hi guys!

I gonna buy a dac to replace Audiotrak Prodigy HD2 with my laptop. I got an AKG k271S headphones.
I've read lots of reviews but still need any advices to choose. I gonna use it only with headphones. So it should be DAC and amp.

I got $200 max so i'm looking at $160-$180 price range.

Choosing between 2 candidates:
1. AUDINST HUD-MX1
2. HIFIDIY.NET Mini USB MK2
and some others:
3. Nuforce uDac.
4. Musiland Monitor 02US
5. etc....

Personally i'm leaning to AUDINST. But still wanna know your opinions.

HA Info NG98 would also fit the bill but I would probably also lean towards the AUDINST because it can do 96/24 on USB - OTOH, the NG98 has coax in.

The Audinst sure looks nice. Too bad the headphone amp is just a cmoy. Despite that, it could sound wonderful. You'll need to spend more on the aune to make it on par/better then the audinst imo.

I'm also looking at these, but i'll probably buy the Fiio E10. It's small, cheap and usb powered wich is a must for me. What is there in the market that is also bus powered?
