Kind of why I am "stuck" with Custom Art thanks to the fibae tech. Just as well they make great c/iems at affordable prices. Could go with 64audio as well I suppose with the "lid" tech that supposedly does similar.

My only issues with the R5 is that it can be slow to process Amazon HD. So additional processing power would be cool; and it seems this device brings that to bear.

I wonder if HiBy is planning to upgrade older units to Android 9 or only the newer models?

There is a noticeable size difference between the New R6 and the R6 Pro.

I would be interested in a comparison between the New R6 and the R8. Hopefully we can get that soon.

Hopefully I'll spend some time with both in early December, but if not, I'm sure there'll be plenty of comparisons between the two, and between the New R6 and R6 Pro. Next to the R8 it's going to be the fastest, slickest, most full-featured Android DAP on the market, and at ~$2K LESS expensive than some of the summit-fi's, that's quite something.
