Well would you look at that, didn't think we'd see this again. Credit goes to yuugotserved on Slickdeals.

Well it actually goes to trex3300 now, because yuu's thread was apparently a duplicate. His had the price in it earlier though.

uh, duh, the smily at the end shows I was kidding.  But go ahead and call me swears if it makes you feel good.

A buddy on IRC told me about the deal and I just pulled the trigger.

I grabbed the Monster Turbine from the last deal but I never opened them and just gave them to a friend.  I hope these come in time so I don't have to carry around my full sized headphones when flying.  I love them but they make it hard to sleep and don't block out noise well enough.

Good enough that I am strongly considering buying a backup set for the pair I bought last time this happened.  That or to have one set shipped off to be remolded... hrmm

Ordered a pair to replace my iM716s. Those things needed new filters, cable and flanges. Every time I went to try and service them I would add up the costs of all those components and then decide not to bother.

The $99 TF10 in the back of my mind from last year was a huge reason for that reluctance. Why spend $30-$40 on replacement parts when I can get T.F10 Pros for $99.

Finally, my patience has paid off, and 5 bucks cheaper this time.
