I am trying to get a system for my reading/relax room
 
 
I have:
 
amp - arcam alpha 8
cd - marantz 63mkII KI signature
speakers - B&W 603  ----------------------------» might get the Monitor Audio BX2 because room is small... opinions?
 
headphone amp - JDS labs C-421 2227
Headphone -   Denon D5000 , Alessandro MS-1 and possibly Grado PS500 in the future.
 
player - clip+  , cowon i9 , gumstick
 
 
 
I wanted a media player to connect to hi fi but they are very expensive.... So i am trying other stuff.
 
OPTION 1 ------I have here to mkv player that read FLAC - WD LIVE and AC RYAN playon hd... I know i need a tv
 
Anyone has some reviews of these with FLAC?
 
They both have optical outs so i could get a DAC....     ------------------- I NEED a DAC? i was hoping for ODA but ODA has no digital ins....
 
I would put the player to the DAC and the DAC to my amp....
 
 
 
 
OPTION 2 - get the PC to the Hi fi...  - what is the best windows 7 media player for FLAC and does it have a ANDROID APP to control?
 
I think i need a DAC also          ----- ODA with ODAC?     is there a DIGITAL convertor to USB so i can use the odac and oda?
 
 
What other good DAC around 500 would serve me?
 
any other ideas please tell me
