I'm wondering what kind of headphones my different outputs can power.  I have a sound card that reports:
 

600 Ohm Amplified Headphone Output:

Maxim MAX97220A

 

1. Output Power 125mW into 32Ω

 
And a mixer headphone out that reports:

[size=13.3333px] I'm wondering how these might compare to something like a Fiio E11 that reports:[/size]

[size=13.3333px] 300mW @ 16 Ohms, High Voltage
120mW @ 16 Ohms, Low Voltage[/size]
[size=13.3333px]  [/size]
[size=13.3333px] What order would these be placed in, from least to most powerful?  Are any/all of these good or at least adequate for headphones like:[/size]

[size=13.3333px] Beyer DT 990 250ohm[/size]
