Hi.
Im looking to buy a new set of headphones,
mainly im using my Xonar STX soundcard
so a 250 ohm headset is what im looking for primarily.

I mainly use my headset for music, but also gaming, movies and VOIP.
So i am a bit divided between 3 sets.
The MMX-300, DT990 and the T90.

Basicly what im looking for is the best headset
in terms of Price vs Performance.
And a set that will last me for many years.

Currently i am leaning towards the T90
and get a separate mic for VOIP.

But my question might be is the T90 worth twice the cost
of the MMX-300 and DT990 ?

Thanks :)

The MMX-300 is basically just a 32ohm dt770, not worth it. You're better off getting a pair of headphones and a seperate mic. The Dt990/250ohm pro would probably be the best price/performance. I haven't heard the AD900x so I can't really comment on that. However, don't purchase the T90 without listening to it first. You need a powerful amp for it, and the treble may be harsh or weird sounding depending on your ears.
