A friend of mine is moving to Toronto. Pretty much everything is taken care of except he needs internet access. Could anyone please recommend a reliable and economical dialup service in the metro toronto area? Thanks!

get bell sympatico for sure. its easiest to get set up, and it is much more reliable than rogers. i have used both and i much prefer bell. easy choice.

EDIT: wait wait wait, dialup? dunno man but those are high speed isp's. dialup is so like a billion years ago! get with the times!

What's the price differential between boardband and dialup in Canada?

I also use dialup at home. For people like me and my friend who spend may be 10 hours or less a week online at home. The extra cost of high speed is not justified.
