help, denon c710 has no more sound

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone ever had this problem before. I had the c710s for no more than half a year, but my right side already went out. I was not expecting something like this to happen for IEMs that retail for $150 at all. Has anyone ever had this problem before? I can only hear through the left side. Does anyone know what I can do ? I know the wire is really thin on the c710s, but I don't believe I did anything to make the left side not work.

First, make sure it isn't your source by trying a different source. If it is the C710, they should be under warranty, so just contact Denon. They will instruct you on what to do. More than likely ship them back, they will assess the situation, and if they decide it wasn't abuse, send you a replacement pair new in the box.

I have not heard of this happening to the C710, but do know it has happened to many different IEMs.
