hi, i was looking for some tips about a new headphones and i find this great forum, i choose a grado sr80i and now i'm listening it only with pc, i hope to increase its sound with a dac/ampli but for now i can say it sounds quite well even alone

The first thing to do to get the most out of your SR80i is to make sure you're listening to at least 320kbps mp3 quality.

Can't comment on either but there are plenty of Grado users who use little dots around here.
I would head over to the Grado appreciation thread to ask others who have used the amp for their impressions. 
 
But I think you're headed in the right direction. At this stage there's no point throwing huge amounts of money at an SR80i.

A Asus Xonar DG sound card (used $20), might improve audio quality for your SR80i.

i use a laptop as source and i have a pc desktop too but i feel it too noisy and uncomfortable, i've ordered for 44€ the hifimediy dac and i hope it will prove to be good

Yup - PCs aren't just noisy because of the fans. Desktop soundcards suffer from a greater electrical noise floor due to all the stuff happening around it on the motherboard. 
A USB dac suffers from the electrical noise much less.
