I've posted this in the audio section of some tech forums I am a member of, but I am yet to find a pair of headphones that meet my criteria:
I'm going to las vegas soon.
Which is going to involve me sitting at a poker table for 20+ hours.
I hate my earbuds and want a pair of good headphones to use while sitting at the table.
Here are the requirements:
1.) Around the $50 mark would be nice.
2.) Cord must be short enough to use with an MP3 player(willing to pay slightly more if they are good headphones that have a short cord+extension so i can use them for PC gaming too).
3.) Must be around the ear(cicrumaural) headphones. I have a sennheiser headset currently that is of the "sit on ear" type and I don't like it.
4.) Since I will be wearing them in public I'd prefer they didnt look ridiculous(like the icemat syberians I have).
Other than that...not really anything other than i don't want anything that I have to keep batteries in(so noise cancelling is out).
I really appreciate it if you are able to help, as my search has pretty much come up empty.
Only thing I have found even close is the bose "around the ear"s which are $140. Since I will be rarely using these I'd prefer to keep the price as low as possible.
I figured this was the place to come with such a specific question about headphones.
