Hi I am looking for recommendations for an open back pair of headphones. I currently own the Audio Technica ATH-AD900X and I am looking for a headphone with a similar sound signature, something with nice highs, mids and soundstage. Budget would be around $600. Any help is appreciated . Thanks!

HiFiMAN HE-400i would be at the top of my list. Great sonics, easy to drive, planar bass and wonderfully engaging with a ton of amps. Perhaps not the best pairing with a tube amp.
