anyone know where i can get the cable they use for the mic's here (i think it may be star quad):

i think it'd be a good general purpose cable for headphones and binaural mics.

though i'd take any recommendation for a good lightweight figure 8 (parallel zip) cable will do.

Slippy, I don't think that they're Canare Star Quad cable. But you can check with Markertek, they carry the Canare Star Quad cables among others.
