I got my leathers for the Pico collection today.  Great cases and it is great to have the protection but not have to get them out of the pouches every time I need to use them.

Seriously, how big is the wallwart that comes with the PICO DAC/AMP?
I'm interested in how much it would add to the crap I'd have to tote around on travels.
Cheers.

instead of using the ac plug, would it be possible to charge it using the usb wall charger for the i phone, given that its a pico amp/dac?

bummer, would that pico amp/dac be charging if it is plugged into the computer, and while in use?

The Pico uses a round charging plug with a 12v wallwart to charge.  It does not charge at all from 5v USB.  The DAC runs off USB power, and the amp uses the internal battery which is charged by the 12v charger.

guess im thinkin, like an iphone it is charging the battery while in use.  i.e. using it as a hd while charging, etc.  so it is able to transfer information, at the same time it is charging, isnt it? is it that its 2 seperate circuits? if so perhaps a double decker micro usb may do the trick? although its not invented yet..or is it? or maybe add another circuit like maybe some type of controller to integrate and manage the circuits data flow, and power management.  guess i want it all, lol.

You can plug it into the wall to charge while it is plugged into the computer to play music.
