Time: Saturday, July 8th, 2006 - 12PM [you can come as early as 11AM if you have a lot of stuff to setup]
If anyone needs to come down the night before, let me know as I should be getting home around 7PM. I only have two couches so make sure you get that email in quick if you plan on sleeping here Friday night.
DIRECTIONS
If anyone needs a ride let me know and hopefully we can find you one. In addition, if you wouldn't mind giving someone a ride please post that intent in this thread so that we can assist those that don't have the means to make it here.

It seems like everyone had a good time at the meet we held in September, but a lot of people in school were unable to make it. Hopefully this date is a little more convenient. Here are some impressions from that meet if you’d like to have a look.
We can start fairly early and can run as late as we like... if anyone needs to crash that can likely be arranged as well. I think if the previous Hamilton meets have taught us anything it was to be prepared for a long haul.
I will tuck my cats away in the master bedroom for the duration, so you don't have to worry about them wrecking your stuff unless we run out of space. If we do decide to let them out to mingle, I would ask that everyone keep an eye on them.
If anyone can bring power bars that would be great. There are lots of places to set up gear in my condo and quite a few plugs, but I'm sure they will get used up quick.
Please Note: If you intend on coming, please send me an email with contact information, a list of the gear [don't forget interconnects] you will bring and your location.
