It seems like everyone had a good time at the meet we held in September, but a lot of people in school were unable to make it. Hopefully this date is a little more convenient. Here are some impressions from that meet if you’d like to have a look.

We can start fairly early and can run as late as we like... if anyone needs to crash that can likely be arranged as well. I think if the previous Hamilton meets have taught us anything it was to be prepared for a long haul.

I will tuck my cats away in the master bedroom for the duration, so you don't have to worry about them wrecking your stuff unless we run out of space. If we do decide to let them out to mingle, I would ask that everyone keep an eye on them.

If anyone can bring power bars that would be great. There are lots of places to set up gear in my condo and quite a few plugs, but I'm sure they will get used up quick.

Peter McAlister from McAlister Audio may be coming. He really wants to bring his new electrostatic amp, but is unsure it will be ready in time. I am trying to convince him to bring some of his dynamic amps if he does not finish it and am waiting to hear back on that.

Man, and I was just finishing up my SOL amp. Maybe I should switch to that Szekeres VE thingy going on at headwize. I already have 4 2SK213s with J2 lot #s, so maybe I'll get lucky. Or since I'm disassembling my 12B4 power amp to build 2A3 monoblocks, maybe I can build a tubed thingy with the parts. Either way, I'm in for the meet.

I'll be taking the Go Bus, just to let people know if you're in the GTA. Bus takes 50 minutes costs ~8$ (each way). I'll probably be going at Finch station, but there are terminals at Yonge and Eglington and Union as well.
