How would you compare the Singularity vs the XE6?I love FiR XE6 for the mid bass. Love the thickness this IEM give. For Sub bass at mid price - FatFreq Maestro Mini is good. However Maestro mini has much linear mid bass and has more of Sub bass. So if your music has lot of sub bass then it’s a good option. I recently got hold of 7Hz Zero 2 and it has good sub bass extension. Not bass head IEM in anyway but goes deep but again mid bass is just not there so may sound thin to many.
Nightjar Singularity is another good IEM for bass and is single DD. So DD lover will like this IEM.
I will listen to Trifecta this Canjam however I have no doubt that it is one of the best IEM for bass at a price though.
Man....got more expendable income than I do then.....I use a few $1000 + pairs for practically everything but working out. It actually makes me look forward to going on flights now.
I use my Maestro SE out and about all the time. Can't really listen to lower tier stuff for music anymore. If I'm working out, I use cheap open-back stuff for podcasts.Yeah I guess I'm out the loop then....I don't look for IEM news or nothing for them hitting me over the head...I play games and watch YT for entertainment but my feeds or FYPs are not geared toward Cans/IEMs so I never hear about any "new" offerings (thus why I came back here)
So what scenarios are you guys using a $800 pair of IEMs? travelling? Running? Daily chores?
Im in a pretty good situation but not amazing. Buying used is your best friend and that's how i got pretty much all of my gear and for prices that I could sell them at the same cost or maybe just a slight loss if I wanted to. Id highly recommend this if all these IEM prices are just looking insane to you as they did to me. Also I just really value high quality music in my life and could not see myself living without it lolMan....got more expendable income than I do then.....

The one I’ve owned the longest is a u6t which has been a bit over a year now. I’ve bout and sold a ton but I’ve owned iem’s that someone else had for a few years and they still worked good as new.Alright...
So then do your pairs last? How long have you had your most expensive pair?
I like them both. In simple terms XE6 = Singularity * 1.5 except may be soundstage. How would you compare the Singularity vs the XE6?
I am looking at Fatfreq IEMs (maybe Trifecta), have you also heard MSE or GM on your WM1ZM2? Wondering if it has enough power to probably drive them.I love FiR XE6 for the mid bass. I have FatFreq Maestro Mini and they are demanding IEMs. Normally with XE6, I’m at 30-35 in volume at low gain but with Maestro Mini, I go till 50 in high gain.I am looking at Fatfreq IEMs (maybe Trifecta), have you also heard MSE or GM on your WM1ZM2? I usually buy from here, Canuck audio mart and Facebook marketplace. I believe Canuck audio mart is bigger in Canada thoughUsed how? E-bay? Here?
What's a good/best exchange/market?
they are more of sub bass specialist so depends on music and source . Mid bass is pretty thin so some EQ might help to fill it out..What do you guys think of the maestro mini? I bought mine for bass but its quite disappointing. With some bass eq they can sound super fun tho. Just not what I expected.
