Hi Erc!

When I asked at audiophonics.fr , I got this answer:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Hi,

Funny to hear that, to our knowledge their is only one official reseller of Hifiman product wich is themselves :

 http://head-direct.com/

However, we can assure you that we buy directly to them and warranty is fully covered.

You can ask our contact if you want: head.direct@gmail.com

Best Regards

Maybe you are not entirely correct, or they are lying but I doubt it.

Let me know man!

Thanks, best regards, Luke

Sorry for late update of our website. Audiophonics truly is a dealer of us, so you can purchase anything from them without any worries.
Sorry again.

HeadAmp just became an official reseller as well.  "I believe"

I want to confirm something:

Are the HE-5LEs being discontinued?

HeadAmp is a new dealer of us, and HE-5LE is still in stock.
So you can get one directly from us, or from HeadAmp if you like.
Thanks!

I have got a missing pair of velour pads, from my shipment of stuffs from head direct 2 weeks ago.
My shipment comes with the affected batch of HE-400 as well, which is having a recall exercise now.
After the initial email communication, there are no replies at all from head direct on the status of any replacement pads, which i am still waiting for someone to at least inform me!
There are even no replies now that i am waiting for head direct to advise me on the replacement of my HE-400. I am living in the far east.
Any idea what is going on ? ( order #12092334901501408754 )

Hi,
I'm here to help you out, buddy. No worries any more.

Email me at head.direct.customerservice@gmail.com
Tell me what you need, get that HE400 replaced and want another pair of velour pads, right?
No problem.
Please ship that headphone back to our Hong Kong address, and we will make a replacement including a pair of velour pads for you without any extra fees.
Cool?

Hi. I'm having a problem with my RE262s: the casing on the wires has frayed in multiple places. I've been trying to repair it with electrical tape, but at this point I'm not sure there's much more I can do to keep them together.

These are no longer under warranty, although this started happened almost as soon as I got them. I pretty much stopped using them a while back for this reason but I recently listened to them again and remembered how much I like them and would love to figure out a way to continue to use them. Is there any way they can be rewired?

I could not find any information regard the RE-600 in your site.

Hi dude, the RE600 has not been officially released yet, but will very soon.
Actually, it is still in the process of review and advertising.
Please patiently wait several days for its coming out.

We highly recommend you just return the earphone to us, so you don't have to do the hassle any more.
