HD650 and little dot MKII a good match?

Looking for a juicy warm lush amp and this is on my price range. Will it be better then my Fiio E12?

Also is it easy t hook my iPod up to the little dot? I'm new to tube amps!

I can't speak for the little dots, but if you want warm and juicy, consider the Woo WA3.  That is very lush and smooth.
