I'm having trouble installing the software for the xduoo xd-05 to my PC dell latitude e6410. 
Is there somewhere online i can install what i need to get going? Or do i need to use the CD that came with the amp?
Also tried to use it with my android phone (Samsung galaxy core prime) and it didn't work either.

Did you set the DAC in usb mode ? It should then install the windows driver...

Sorry to double post, I can't edit from tapatalk. I meant : did you put the input slider below the oled screen in the right position for USB ? (center from memory)

On android did you try with USB audio player pro ?

got it working. But what about the android phone. does it only work with certain models?

Yes, for android it's a bit of a lotery... But you could test with USB audio player pro (this app uses its own USB driver for audio, bypassing android audio), it works with many devices (even not working out of the box). Then you'll pay for the app if it succeeds

ps : you need andoid 4.0 or later and "android host" ('On the Go') capacity on your device (+ OTG cable)
ps2 : on several android devices you have to enable USB audio or USB debugging in developper options (the best way to know is to google your device model + USB audio)

Thanks for the help. Another question. Do the filters have to be installed? Tried messing with the filter button and default set with a yes and no underneath was displayed.

Hi.. i need help.. after firmware update.. usb connection got lost with the xduoo05...
when I connect xduoo05 via otg or normal pc usb , nothing happens. Spdf or aux in works fine.. but I lost usb.. what can I do?.. please help..
Is there a way to hard reset or returning the device to factory defaults..?
The usb connection section is dead..
the tiny blue led on the back lights .. the relay of usb sound clicks when I switch to usb but no action on the pc usb or otg android..
