This puppy uses a DSL line driver and is as close to a "straight wire with gain" as you can possibly imagine!

Hell of a challenge to build... the current feedback topology, outrageous slew rates, high open loop gain and bandwith make it very tricky! More like building an RF amplifier than anything.

Interesting article...

It may be the best headphone amp in the world if you can build one.

Anybody want to try it?
