Ignore it until it becomes a problem.

Audio amps don't "need" a ground to "work", any more than a flashlight does.

For simplicity, we use "single ended" signals where everything is referred to a common bus (traditionally the metal chassis of a tube radio pr PA amp). That bus has to connect troughout the system; this is normally taken care of by the connectors and cables.

If your too-brief question is really: How do I connect grounds inside a Cmoy Amp.... that's a very complex question. I suggest you find Tangent's essay posted at HeadWize.
