Try bending the headband.

Don't look that cool lol

I hate IEMS they block out the outside noise too much which I need for skating. I could wear a cap but don't wear them. They just fall off my head even if I just start headbanging for example.

If I bought these would they stay on my head?

I have a pair of SR80's, I have to adjust it after every single song to get the right / comfortable fit ((Too used to the comfy Sennheiser cans)). I agree with jms91, IEM's are the way to go outside.

If you don't like IEM's, you could always wear one in one ear and leave the other ear empty? =X

You should go back to bending the band.  You'd be surprised at how tight you can get the band to bend.  It's really just a flat piece of wire underneath that vinyl.  Lighter Grados stay on better than heavy ones; Grados with smaller pads stay on better than those with larger ones.  My PS1000s, which are heavy and sport the jumbos, have a tougher time staying on than my SR60i's with flats.  The headband is easy to bend and a very severe bend is possible.  With the right bend, the Grados will grip your head like a vise.

Take a look at the Headphile guide on how to bend the headband to get the Headphile C-pads to fit better (scroll to about the middle of the page).  Same rules apply to getting bowls to fit better, to a lesser extent to get the comfies to fit better.  Bending the headband like that will also increase the grip.  Bend them in sharply about 1 cm above the rod holders.  Enough so that the left and right earcups end up touching each other.  That will get it to have better grip on your head.

Switching to bowls may also help.  Depends on your head and your ears.  The bowls can fit around your ears which can help them to stay on and not slip off like the comfies can.

I love you, I think that's worked! I read the guide but ended up just bending the band as much as i could inward, now they seem to be on my head. Doesn't help the headband has no grip at all.

I doubt you will find any cure, SR80 is not intended for physical activity. Why nobody suggested iGrado yet?! They clamp tight and keep the Grado signature. They share the same driver with SR80.
