The box looks like an ordinary Grado box, but the name says something a bit different:

The lettering is etched in the aluminum. It's not going to rub off

It comes with the Grado bowl pads:

It looks a bit like an HP-1000 housing in an RS-1 headband:

Direct comparison shows that it has a deeper body than the HP-1. The HP-1000 has the same size as the RS-2. The PS-1 is the same size as the RS-1.

They look awesome. Thanks for the pics. Would you consider taking a high-res picture of the cup, maby just above it, for background use.

No, that would be to big a hassel... I got a great idea, you could send 'em to me, and I'll take those shots myself

Looking forward to hearing your impressions on them. I am really tempted to buy them, but I am planning on a major source upgrade soon, so my funds will be going in that direction.So don't make it to tempting with your impressions

Hirsch, thanks for taking the time to snap those pics. I've been wanting to see something like these for a while, thanks for the viewing pleasure.

thanks also for the qualitative info, esp in reference to the HP-1000s, RS-1, etc
