Beautiful!!!

I can just picture you, sitting there, refusing to leave the house, continuously caressing the GH2 as you mutter, "my precious". :relieved:

Did you install a cam in my home???

I have Teams meetings today, so I thought I'd put on the Koss Porta-Pros.

I started listening to some music and thought, "wow these are pretty killer for such a small amount of money - great bass too, more than RS2x".

Curiosity got the best of me, so I put on my RS2x and compared the Porta Pros listening to Beastie Boys "Something's Got To Give" and when the fazzy sequence came on, I was like, "okay Grado, you've earned your keep".

I like Portapro's, the 325X are like Portapro's on steroids. I'm listening to a Alessandro MS-2X out of the box right now (basically a rebranded Grado 325X), and they are not what I expected from a Grado. There is no harshness, no brightness, just a thumping bass, well balanced vocals and smooth treble. They don't sound quite perfect yet, female vocals lack air, male vocals sound a bit overly mid bassy, but this is out of the box, if those things improve by the bass tightening up a touch with burn in then this is a killer headphone, other than the ridiculous cable that never stays stays straight, is heavier than even the metal cup 325X, is stiff and has a huge Y splitter.

Didn't put on the SR325x today (on my desk though)... the RS2x are more comfortable (especially with reading glasses)

Whooo! I could buy at least a GH1. I never heard it, but I think it is probably the most beatuful Grado (for me).

Plus I got my own, new GS3000x. I could try before a demo unit which had plenty of hours in it. Well...the difference is huge. The bass is about half of that what the demo pair had. Better said...I hope it is the burn-in! :)

Yes, GH1 is fantastic, aesthetically and sonically. Grab it if you can.

I need to let go of my RS1x and PS500e - both in excellent condition, with extra accessories.

I will be posting them in the classifieds shortly - PM me if interested...

I got today the extension cable for the GS3000x...because it is not anymore in the package as with the GS3000e I had before.

Is the weight difference compared to your GS3000e very noticeable?

Not really. But I have a VO, and LCD3 and an Abyss TC at the side. So...I am a bit...preconditioned :)

Yeah, you've built up your neck muscles over the years. :sunglasses:

Here are some before and after pictures a member posted in another thread. The second picture was taken six months after he purchased an Audeze.
